Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return, refund, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All merchandise returned to DEKORK must be in the original packaging with all original items accompanying the merchandise. Missing parts will not be accepted.
